As vehicle technology is becoming more advanced, more vehicles are being built with intelligent systems to help motorists on the road. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems or ADAS for short is used to describe these smart features.<\/span>\n \n

ADAS systems can include: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Night Vision System (NVS), Around View Monitoring (AVM), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Rear Collision Warning (RCW), Heads-up Display (HUD), and Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB).<\/span><\/p>\n

Proper calibration procedures require a large indoor area without object obstructions and no exterior light sources to cast uneven surface shadows. Some procedures require bright background light alignments.
